The system is a server-hosted program made available as an online service. You are responsible for entering into all agreements necessary for you to have access to the system. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons using the system are aware of the terms.

Users who wish to use the system or register with an association that uses the system are assigned a username and password. It is the user’s own responsibility to store this information securely. A new password can be requested at any time on the relevant website.

The system is operated by Mentoclub ApS or one of its partners.

Mentoclub ApS strives for the highest possible availability, but does not guarantee that operational disruptions may not occur from time to time. All maintenance work and updates will be announced by Mentoclub ApS.

Mentoclub ApS is not liable to the user for downtime, and no claims may be made against Mentoclub ApS as a result thereof.

The technology is optimised on the website so that it functions in all major browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari), and so that the site can be accessed from Windows, Mac, tablets and smartphones.

Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub and its partners and suppliers shall at no time be held liable for the use of this website, including no guarantee that the website or the system meets users’ expectations and needs.

The user and Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub are responsible for ensuring that no data is uploaded to the system that infringes third-party rights. The user shall indemnify Mentoclub ApS against any claim that Mentoclub ApS may face from third parties in this regard, including any costs incurred by Mentoclub ApS in connection with the handling of such claims.

The word “Mentoclub” and the logos used in the system are trademarks belonging to Mentoclub ApS and may not be used by the user without prior permission for any purpose other than that stipulated by the agreement.

Upon purchase of a membership, delivery is immediate.

Upon signing up for a continuous subscription, the following terms apply.

As a condition for joining Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub, you must register payment via Dankort or another payment card approved by Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub and the acquirer.

In connection with your first payment, you approve that Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub may subsequently charge your account via your payment card until you either change your membership or cancel the purchase with Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub.

The amount payable for the membership is determined by Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub. The amount can be seen in your personal settings and will be charged automatically via your payment card.

A receipt for payment is made available on the user’s profile.

By signing up, you accept the aforementioned terms and conditions of sale.

Your subscription may be terminated at any time by contacting Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub in writing or by cancelling your membership yourself via your member profile.

Before the payment card expires, Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub will send a reminder by email prompting you to log in to your profile and update your payment details.

If your payment card is blocked, you are responsible for updating your payment details.

For automatic charges to your payment card, your card information is not stored by Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub but by Quickpay in encrypted and secure form. Please see more information at https://www.quickpay.net/dk/.

Reservations are made for typographical errors and price changes.

Upon purchase of a membership, the right of withdrawal lapses if you have made use of the services to which the membership grants access. As a general rule, refunds are not offered for purchases; however, erroneous purchases will be refunded.

Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub and its partners and suppliers are not liable for defects in the system or lack of availability of the system due to force majeure, and the user may not make any claims for compensation against Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub and its partners and suppliers as a result thereof.

Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub and its partners and suppliers will inform the user immediately if a force majeure event occurs.

If the force majeure situation lasts for more than 30 days, the user may terminate the agreement with Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub with immediate effect, but may not otherwise assert any claims against Gladsaxe Taekwondo Klub and its partners and suppliers as a result thereof.
